Cancellation Policy
If Booking cancelled 30 days or less, forfeit the Total Amount Paid for Rental.
Any Cancellation, will incur a $ 50.00 Processing Fee.

 
Check-In Time
Check-In time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. Please do not ask to make exceptions since these times allow our housekeeping department to professionally clean your home. We would be disappointed, as certainly would you, if your vacation started in a less than clean unit.
 
Deposit Guarantee
$250.00 reservation deposit is required at the time of booking during low seasons and Full deposit is required during holidays. However a credit card guarantees the booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, and the amount due will be charged to the credit card on file. If you wish to change credit card information please submit 7 days prior to your arrival. If you wish to pay with a check it must be in our office within 14 days prior to your arrival.
 
Minimum night stay
Rentals require a 3-night minimum stay . Cleaning fee of $75.00 apply to all bookings
 
- LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE CALLS. - The Home has a Phone, The calls are free to local, U.S.A, and Canada . International calls you must use a Credit Card.
 
- SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in the condo.
 
- PETS. Pets are not allowed in the condo.
 
- OCCUPANCY. NO MORE THAN (8) PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN CONDO. Fire Rules and Eviction will be enforced.
 
  Please leave Kitchen clean, Pots & pans & silverware need to be washed.

  No Unpaid Guests at any time:
 
  BEHAVIOR: Loud or unusal behavior is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to Evict, with out refund, any person who creates a disturbing or becomes a nuisance. Violation of any property rules, including but not limited to the throwing or dropping of any object from patios and balconies, will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit.
 
- PAYMENT OF NIGHTS RESERVED. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure.
 
- ENTRY OF PREMISES. An authorized  employee or repairman or owner may enter premises during regular business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, improvement, care and management of the premises.
 
 Reporting Damages is a MUST, to be reported to Sun Country Villas Mgt Co.
 
- RATES / TAXES. Rates are subject to change without notice; taxes and service fees are not included in the quoted nightly rates.
 
 Security Deposit: Just Prior to your Arrival, your credit card will have a $ 250.00 Pre-Authorization held against it for any incidentals, damage to the premises and contents, long distance telephone charges, missing items or cleaning costs other than those normally incurred in connection with the occupancy of the premises. This Authorization will be released, if there are no issues, within 14 days from your date of departure by issuing Bank. This Authorization is not to be confused with the initial Deposit to hold your reservation. There will be a form, (contract) sent to you when you first book for you to fill out and sign and return to owner..
 
KEY PICK UP: Entry into your vacation Rental will be by Key Code, which will be given to you just prior to your arrival so you can go right in to the condo, What ever time you arrive. Key code is changed after your departure.
 
Terms and Conditions
For a guest to confirm their reservations, the guest must remit $250 deposit at the time of booking via Credit Card. The final payment of the reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date. If a credit card is used for payment, the credit card holder must present the credit card and sign the sales draft slip at check in.
